About this workout

Everyone needs a strong core – it helps us to keep our balance, complete daily tasks, and supports our whole body! Weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance, poor posture and injuries.

So, follow along with this intermediate core workout, designed to start improving your ab muscles today, complete each exercise for 45 seconds then take a 15 second rest. It can be completed as a stand alone workout, or add it onto another of our workouts to get your heart rate into the fat burning zone!
