About this workout
Everyone needs a strong core – it helps us to keep our balance, complete daily tasks, and supports our whole body! Weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance, poor posture and injuries.
So, follow along with this advanced core workout, designed to start improving your ab muscles today. It pushes you with 1 minute of each exercise and minimal rest. It can be completed as a stand alone workout, or add it onto another of our workouts to get your heart rate into the fat burning zone!

- Bicycle Crunch
- Full Side Crunches
- Side to Sides with Pulse
- Butterfly Sit Up
- Russian Twists with Pulse (weight optional)
- Oblique Swimmers
- Scissor Crunches
- Walkouts / Inchworms and Toe Taps
- Dead Bug Pulses
