Busy Beginners 14 Day Programme

Hey, ladies!

This 14 day programme is perfect for anyone who is a beginner to exercise and needs a little guidance and a plan to follow.

If you’re strapped for time these workouts are only 10 minutes a day – and you can even get your kids involved too!
We’ve included a little tip or recipe with each day to help you get the most out of these next 2 weeks.

What’s the schedule?

There’ll be workouts everyday of the 14 day programme and these will consist of:

  • Full Body Workouts
  • Stretch Sessions

What’s equipment do I need?

Just yourself! This 14 Day Beginners Programme uses just Body Weight exercises to improve your mobility and flexibility as well as tighten and strengthen the muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed and toned.
